Royal announcment

Finally, I get to tell you all the news. We had a new home built. We thought our castle was too small and out dated. So we had an Avelon* house built.
I just love it, we picked it out online at Mod The Sims 2 a great place to shop for all kinds of things any Sim needs for their home, or even a new home. I hear you can even find friends on there. The house is perfect, it has more than enough room for us to grow, and although some modifications had to be made, we are quite happy in our new home. We also got rid of our old dog, Cymoril, gave him to a friend. Poor old thing was just getting up in his years and I couldn’t handle loosing a pet by death right now. He was a great dog, and sired 9 puppies: Tiny, Tuck, Haddie, Helga, Harry, Locke, Shocke, Barrele, and last but not least Bla Bla Bla. We still have Nibbiler around, at least for now, I plan on giving her to Brandi next time she is around.

My youngest son grew into a teenager. He wants nothing more in life but to have a good time now. Dear me, I have no idea what I will do with this one. Well, as long as he does enjoy life I guess it won’t hurt that he doesn’t become king one day. He wants nothing more out of life than to have 50 dream dates. Wow that sure does seem like a lot, I hope he can achieve that, because I know I sure couldn’t. I guess if he starts now it shouldn’t be a problem. It sure would take his mind off the crown.

Speaking of crowns, the princess also grew up, into a toddler. I was so happy about it; she takes after me in so many ways. She did inherit Komie’s eyes and lips, but I love them on him so she is sure to be loved for them as well. She is a fast learner, and learned to talk her very first day of being a toddler. Potty training is taking some time, as it normally does with this age. We are working on walking now, and hopefully she will soon be a walker. We also got a new pup, he is potty training, and has messed all over the house. It makes me a bit upset, but I am glad I have 24 hour staff. Our new kitten isn’t doing to bad, he seems pretty content. I will be training these animals and giving or selling them to a friend of the family so I can get more animals into the community. It’s a new thing for us Sims to have animals running around, you know. Just before I moved to this neighbor hood, the tribe of Maxis people brought them over on large ships, wanting to rid their population of over run animals, so between breeding my own pets and getting the pets strait from the Maxis I will be getting the whole community of Swanie Valley involved in owning pets! My dear boy, Kubla went off to college early. Said something about car troubles one afternoon when he was trying to leave school, and that he couldn’t get the car to start. Then he said that he went in to get some help and one of the Professors from the local Academy of Higher learning happened to have been there looking for him. He said that Kubla was a great student and exactly what they were looking for in early enrollment. I was sad to see him go, but happy at the same time that my boy is now a young man. His girlfriend and her brother will be joining him this fall and next year his brother and the Barrens will be moving off to college as well. The Toyar’s and the Hortoculture’s sons will be going a year after that. I can’t believe how fast they grow up. It seems like just weeks ago I was just arriving in this very under grown town and then next thing I know I’m a queen seeing her eldest son off to college. He rented a large enough house for the Duke twins to join him in the fall. He left the extra two bedrooms for them to decorate on their own, he is such a thoughtful boy…excuse me, young man. He even thought about it before he started decorating and left the larger room with the private bathroom for his dear Brenda. That is just so cute. I suppose I’ll let him tell you how it is for him at college later. For now I’ll finish telling you about our home life.
Where was I? Oh yes, telling you about the kitten. Well, his name is Bonkers and he is as precious as anything I’ve seen before. He is also quite lazy. We continue to bring in more animals and it is really interesting to see the differences each animal has. We got bonkers a friend to play with named Bailie, they look pretty much the same right now, but that could change with age as it normally does. We just gave Nibbler’s last puppy, Bla Bla Bla to the Barrens because we felt bad for the loss of their dog, Harry. Well, I suppose that is all the news from the Palace!
